Энергосберегающая керамическая оконная IRпленка (windowfilm) KorQu – сложная многослойная конструкция, основой которой является высококачественная прозрачная полиэстер-пленка. В процессе производства слоев пленки в них вводится различные красители, инфракрасные и ультрафиолетовые поглотители, металл для получения светоотражающих свойств или керамика, увеличивающая термо-сопротивление.

IRпленка отражает тепло в сторону его источника: в летнее время, чтобы предотвратить проникновение тепла в помещение, оно отражает его наружу, а зимой, когда необходимо максимально сохранить тепло, - внутрь помещения.

В основе предложенного решения лежит учет всех особенностей передачи тепловой энергии через светопрозрачные ограждающие конструкции, которая осуществляется тремя основными способами: теплопроводностью, конвекцией и тепловым излучением.

Потери тепла через остекление путем теплопроводности и конвекции относительно не велики ( примерно по 15%) в сравнении с третьей составляющей теплообмена – тепловым излучением (35%). Это процесс передачи теплоты с помощью электронных волн, состоящий в превращении внутренней энергии тела в энергию излучения на поверхности тела, излучающего тепло, и лучистой энергии в тепловую на поглощающей лучистое тепло поверхности.

Таким образом, светопрозрачная часть обычных окон, состоящая из любого числа стекол и воздушных (либо газонаполненных) зазоров, принципиально не может предотвратить радиационные теплопотери.

Оптимальным выходом из этой ситуации – применение энергосберегающих керамических пленок. Используемые до сих пор, тонировочные металлизированные пленки, успешно отражают прямой солнечный свет, то есть, ультрафиолет. А энергосберегающие керамические пленки, помимо ультрафиолетового излучения, задерживают и инфракрасные лучи передающие тепло, не отражая, а поглощая его.
