Рамы пластиковых окон защищают специальной пленкой, чтобы уберечь их от грязи, царапин и других повреждений во время перевозки и установки. Снять пленку с пластиковых окон очень легко, если сделать это своевременно, то есть сразу после того, как окна были установлены. Если же вы по какой-то причине с этим затянули, то снятие пленки может стать большой проблемой. По инструкции, удалить пленку нужно в течение десяти дней после установки пластиковых окон. Если увеличить этот срок до месяца-двух, то, скорее всего, ничего страшного не произойдет. В случае, если пленка остается на рамах три и более месяцев, то для ее удаления потребуется немало усилий.
Почему возникает такая проблема? Дело в том, что защитная пленка состоит из двух слоев и приклеивается к рамам при помощи специального клея. Под воздействием тепла и ультрафиолета тонкий внутренний слой пленки разлагается и намертво прилипает к пластику. Отделить верхний слой пленки не так сложно, как внутренний.
Итак, рассмотрим, как снять пленку с пластиковых окон, если она не была удалена вовремя:

Использовать строительный фен. Это лучшее средство для удаления пленки. Главное – направлять его на раму, а не на стеклопакет, иначе он может лопнуть от перепада температур. Пленка нагревается горячим воздухом, растворяется и легко удаляется. Проблема только в том, чтобы найти строительный фен. Некоторые пытаются использовать обычный, в турбо-режиме. Это может увенчаться успехом только в случае, если пленка приклеилась не очень сильно.
Обратится в клининговую компанию. Большинство таких компаний оказывает подобную услугу, причем у них есть необходимые для этого приспособления: строительный фен, специальные скребки и очистители. И опыт в решении подобных проблем.
С помощью профессионального скребка для чистки стеклокерамических плит. Такой скребок не повредит пластик.
Медленно, по кусочку, подцепляя край пленки тонким ножом, лезвием или скребком, а затем отрывая ее руками. Режущими инструментами надо пользоваться как можно меньше, стараясь отделять пленку пальцами. Остатки клея можно смыть шершавой стороной губки и моющим средством для ванных.
Слабым растворителем. При использовании растворителя нужно быть очень осторожными и сначала попробовать на малозаметном участке. Растворитель может изменить цвет пластиковых рам.
Ластиком. Обычная школьная резинка для стирания карандаша может помочь удалить остатки пленки.
Жесткой, но не металлической щеткой и мыльным раствором. Способ подойдет для пленки на теневой стороне.
Уайт-спиритом. Но его следует наносить не сверху, на куски пленки, а между пленкой и пластиком. Для этого нужно поддеть край пленки, налить в это место уайт-спирита, немного подождать и отделять пленку.
«Космофеном». В компаниях, устанавливающих пластиковые окна, можно приобрести специально средство для очистки пластика – «Космофен».

Часто пленку не снимают потому, что ремонт затягивается и хочется защитить рамы окон от краски, побелки и других загрязнений. Это неправильный подход, который приведет к еще большим проблемам. Лучше удалить защитную пленку, а при необходимости защиты, наклеить на рамы малярный скотч. Его снять будет совсем не трудно.
