- обеспечивает определенное расстояние между стеклами;

- служит в качестве емкости, в которой размещаются уникальные гранулы для осушения воздуха между стеклами стеклопакета и предотвращения запотевания стекол внутри стеклопакета пластикового окна.

Из чего изготавливают дистанционные рамки для стеклопакетов

Алюминий или пластмассу обычно применяют в качестве материала для дистанционных рамок в стеклопакетах. Пластиковая дистанционная рамка (или как ее еще называют дистанционная рамка ПВХ) используется, когда особенно важна теплоизоляция – ведь алюминий, как и любой другой металл хороший проводник как тепла, так и холода. Однако применение пластика при изготовлении дистанционных рамок пока нераспространенно. Наиболее популярны остаются алюминиевые дистанционные рамки, ведь в сочетании с двухкамерным стеклопакетом (три стекла) они позволяют соблюдать необходимый температурный режим на внутренней поверхности окна.

Дистанционные рамки для стеклопакетов изготавливаются со специальной диффузной перфорацией и полыми внутри. С помощью угловых соединений достигается стабильность и механическая прочность соединений, благодаря которым в процессе производства уголки не рассоединятся и рамки не смещаются. Также во избежание проникновения в готовые стеклопакеты воды и газов важна хорошая герметизация углов.
