Компенсация по кредиту с программой «Тепла оселя»

Ранее мы писали что существует государственная программа, направленная на эффективное использование энергетических ресурсов - «Тепла оселя», по условиям которой компенсировалось до 30% стоимости окон. Давайте же обсудим, как получить такой кредит и компенсацию.

Основные моменты, которых нужно придерживаться:

- Кредит предоставляется на конструкции с энергосберегающими стеклопакетами с сопротивлением теплопередачи не меньше -0,75 м²К/Вт согласно ГОСТу.

- Технический паспорт с указанием всех параметров изделия

- Государство компенсирует до 30% от сумы кредита, но не более 10 тыс. грн.

Для получения кредита:

- Обсуждение с клиентом конфигурации окон.

- Менеджер ООО Оконика предоставляет:

- счет с указанием вида стеклопакета

- копию сертификата качества

- копию протокола испытаний с указанием коэффициента сопротивления теплопередачи

- Оформление клиентом кредита в банке

- После поступления денежных средств на счет ООО Оконика, менеджер уточняет информацию по срокам готовности и дате монтажа.

- По выполнению монтажа клиенту предоставляется расходная накладная и технический паспорт, которые он обязан предъявить банку для получения компенсации.

Помимо предоставленных документов от ООО Оконика, клиенту нужно будет предъявить:

- Паспорт

- Копия паспорта

- Идентификационный номер

- Копию идентификационного номера

- Справка о доходах

Требования к субъекту кредитования:

Возраст от 21 до 65 лет на момент окончания кредита
Стаж работы на последнем месте работы

- Для наемных работников – от 3-х месяцев

- Для ФЛП – от 1,5 года.

3. Минимальная сумма месячного дохода – 1000 грн.

5. Не инсайдер

6. Наличие в собственности заемщика или его ближайших родственников (муж/жена/родители) недвижимости (жилой дом или квартира), в котором планируется установка окон. Данное условие должно быть подтверждено документально.

Условия по кредиту

- Срок кредитования от 1 до 3 лет

- Валюта кредита - гривна

- Ограничения по сумме кредита от 1000 до 50 000 грн.

- Процентная ставка - 25% годовых

- Комиссия за предоставление кредита 3% от суммы кредита

- Первый взнос

- ВОЗМОЖНОСТЬ ДОСРОЧНОГО ПОГАШЕНИЯ

Досрочное погашение кредита - это изюминка всего пирога, ради которой и стоит повозиться с оформлением кредита. Кредит возможно погасить после поступления компенсации на ваш счет, что дает вам возможность сэкономить до 30% стоимости энергоэффективных, современных окон!
