Спешим вам сообщить, что компания « Оконика » стала участником программы IQ energy и теперь представлена в каталоге продукции энергоэффективности.

Европейский банк реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР) подписал договор с тремя украинскими банками (ОТП Банк, Мегабанк и УкрСиббанк) о сотрудничестве в реализации программы финансирования энергоэффективности в жилищном секторе Украины IQ energy.

Общий объем финансирования проекта составит 75 млн. евро. Программа поддерживается грантовым финансированием (15 млн. евро.) из Фонда Восточноевропейского партнерства по энергоэффективности и экологии (E5P), крупнейшим донором которого является Европейский Союз.

Программа IQ energy основывается на лучшем опыте энергосбережения в 22 странах мира.Целью программы является улучшение уровня энергоэффективностижилищного сектора Украины благодаря новым технологиям и оборудованию высшего качества.

Кредиты будут предоставляться заинтересованным собственникам жилья, в том числе, индивидуальным собственникам жилья, группам собственников жилья, объединениям совладельцев многоквартирных домов (ОСМД) и жилищным кооперативам. Помимо финансирования, программа предоставляет своим участникам консультационные услуги по вопросам энергосберегающего оборудования и технологий.

Также, в зависимости от выбранных мероприятий энергоэффективности, инвестиции в приемлемые технологии и материалы могут соответствовать требованиям на стимулирующие платежи в размере 15%-20% от суммы инвестиций для физических лиц и 25%-35% — для объединений совладельцев многоквартирных домов (ОСМД).
